Pay Range: $45-$57 Dollars Per hour depending on experience.

We are seeking a talented Office365 architect to join our team and help us implement VWGOA Office365 and its related technologies, including AAD, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, AAD Connect, Federation, Guest users, and Viva. In this role, you will take ownership of technical discussions, driving technical decisions and architecting solutions that align with our book of standards and IT security policies. You will define technical requirements, resources, and cost to implement solutions and contribute to defining the project charter. You will also look for opportunities to support our mission of automation, efficiency, and simplification.
As the Office365 architect, you will be an expert resource in architecting, designing, and implementing multi-tenant systems configuration and federation. You will also have expertise in designing and implementing Office information protection, data loss prevention sensitivity labels, advanced office message encryption, conditional access, and app protection policies. Additionally, you will design and implement email protection systems, email security gateways, email encryption, GAL sync, email archive, and retention policies. You will also design and implement guest user creation, invitation, access control, and user lifecycle management. You will be an expert on the compliance center, litigation hold, retention policy, auditing, and eDiscovery.
As the highest level of escalation for support and troubleshooting, you will be responsible for resolving problems and responding to relevant M365 tickets. You will also develop and manage migration plans for OneDrive and SharePoint Online. You will analyze customer requirements and business demands to assess design/technology alternatives and propose solutions. You will collaborate with other teams and vendors to develop and implement new solutions to meet business requirements. You will also facilitate, present, and lead technical discussions with technical SMEs as well as customers and other stakeholders. Furthermore, you will be able to use power to design reporting dashboards for Azure and M365 objects and review, analyze, evaluate, and present new upcoming M365 updates and releases to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of Office365 architecture experience, high expertise with Microsoft Azure, and expertise in Windows PowerShell scripting. You should have expert knowledge of conditional access, app protection, and Defender cloud app security and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, Power app, and automation. Experience with Intune Endpoint Management for iOS and Windows is also desired.
Unique skills for this position include a senior Microsoft Azure certification and enterprise administrator expert MS101, as well as expert knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, Power app, and automation.
