Hybrid Microsoft Office 365 Engineer

Pay Range: $40-$55 Dollars Per hour depending on experience.

Required On-site work 2 Days per Week. 

The advanced digital workplace services team is seeking an Office365 Engineer to assist with the implementation and rollout of VWGOA Office365 and its related technologies. In this role, you will collaborate with the Office365 architect and other team members to provision Office365 applications, establish security configurations, and execute business functions outlined in the project plan. Additionally, you will be responsible for migrating environments from on-premise systems to Office365, as well as updating scripts for Office365 application rollout and maintenance.

As the Office365 Engineer, you will manage and maintain technical documentation related to functional and security architecture, application and data integrations, and process flows. You will be responsible for updating and supporting Office365 policies and configurations, as well as providing technical enhancements and bug fixes for Office365 applications. You will also manage and optimize Office365 licenses, monitor Office365 services and message center for incidents, upcoming updates and releases, and respond to Office365 tickets as the highest level of escalation for support and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of Office365 administration experience and be an expert in Azure and PowerShell scripting. You should have expertise in Office Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, tenant configuration, federation, and related M365 Admin Centers. Additionally, you should have experience developing and maintaining technical and process documentation.

Desired skills include expertise in enterprise administrator MS101, advanced to expert skills in Microsoft graph API, Power app, and automation.
