Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000 Per Year Depending on experience.
Technical Lead Backend Engineer: Join Our Dynamic Fintech Team
As a Technical Lead Backend Engineer, You will Work with team members to ensure the quality of product development such as unit testing, system reliability, security etc, facilitate requirements analysis, conduct peer reviews and provide feedback, and enhance frameworks & Engage in technical design process with team members to ensure it meets business and system requirements
You'll be an integral part of the Development Team , contributing to the company's R&D efforts and fostering knowledge sharing across the organization. Collaboration with teams in multiple locations (Hong Kong and Vietnam) is required.
Qualifications:
8 – 10 years of work experience as a software engineer, including 3 or more years in a tech lead or team lead role. Deep understanding of database technologies such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL. Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Very attentive to details, data-driven, quality and performance minded.
