Pay Range $85,000 to 120,000 per year depending on experience.
Develop dynamic email templates, which include responsive coding of emails using HTML/CSS Apply a high-level of creativity in the design and production of e-communications, specifically HTML emails, e-newsletters, and other web communications as needed Understand and apply digital best practices in email development, email compliance regulations, and accessibility Perform code testing and ensure identical rendering across browsers, ESPs, and devices Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues Prepare all creative work according to brand style and legal guidelines, and proof for quality assurance Collaborate on strategic initiatives, presenting solutions and innovative ideas in the ongoing development of design and e-marketing programs Coordinate with marketing teams via project management system for scheduling, prioritization, and trafficking of proofs to internal projects; then complete revisions and finalize execution of assigned projects on deadline Act as a thought leader in email design and development best practices and trends; apply forward-thinking to identify and overcome obstacles before they impact campaigns Develop expertise in the family of brands, style guidelines, and audience attributes to influence design and development of assigned campaigns Develop expertise in the intricacies and complexities of the wide range of products we offer Meet and exceed production goals in a fast paced, high-volume environment Any additional duties that may be assigned to meet business needs
Skills/Qualifications: B.A./B.S. in a relevant field (Advertising, Graphic Design, Marketing, Computer Science), or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience as an HTML/CSS designer with coding skills in fast-paced creative agency or in-house marketing group Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, or Sublime Text like editor, plus expertise in Microsoft Excel Adobe Illustrator experience preferred Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience required Knowledge of Adobe InDesign desired but not required Competence with both PC and Macintosh computer systems and related equipment Ability to execute new e-templates and other promotional materials that are fresh, out-of-the-box, and unique while still adhering to overarching brand standards Thorough understanding of electronic communications best practices and can counsel team on optimization of techniques to acquire consistently high email opens and clicks Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time under tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly to management and stakeholders Detail-oriented with an eye for consistency and accuracy Self-starter and self-motivated, requiring minimal day-to-day supervision Ability to do/perform – ampscript, Journey builder and automation studio
